The Truth
"I spent years trying to outwork pain. What actually changed my life was learning
how to stay."

I’m not “healed.” I’m rebuilding.

I live with pain, uncertainty, and days where my nervous system still runs loud.
I also live with purpose, breath, and the choice to stay present instead of disappearing.

Pain didn’t just hurt my body.
It changed my identity.
Trying to return to who I was only made things worse.
Staying...
learning how to remain present inside discomfort... changed everything.

What Pain2Power is..

Pain2Power isn’t recovery.
It’s a way of living forward without pretending the past didn’t happen.
It’s staying present inside a body and life that have been through hell —
and choosing meaning, breath, and honesty anyway.

-
Pain changes identity
-
Presence is a skill
-
Breath restores choice
-
Meaning matters more than fixing
-
Rebuild beats return

This isn’t something you “finish.”
It’s something you live.

We don’t fix each other.
We stay.
We tell the truth.
We take the next small step - together.

Rebuilding in Real Time
We start with the Brotherhood because it’s the truest, cleanest lane for launch.

I’m a husband and father — and a survivor of cancer, chronic pain, and
two major spine surgeries.

For the last three years, I’ve been rebuilding my identity, my nervous system, and my life in real time.
Not through answers or fixes — but through honest conversation, presence, and learning how to stay when things are uncomfortable.
Pain to Power isn’t theory. It’s lived. And the Founders Circle is the first place I’m opening that rebuild to other men who don’t want to do it alone — men who are willing to show up, tell the truth, and walk forward together.

I’m not here to lead from above.
I’m rebuilding alongside you.
But the movement itself is open.
It grows with us, expands with us,
and becomes what real lives need.

Get up. I got you.
We rebuild together.
